While it's appreciated that you've written a patch for Asterisk 11 that provides this improvements, improvements are not made to release branches. They are only made to trunk.

As such, this issue is a duplicate of ASTERISK-20827, and will be closed out. If you'd like to provide a patch for users of Asterisk 11, please attach it to that issue.
