Conf bridge already sends all kinds of AMI events, but not recording or mute/unmute actions.
Based on code from the ticket https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-20827, but is compatible with version 11.2.1
Not only sends notifications when introduced DTMF code but and when sent AMI action, and when sent commands from cli.
