Yes, sorry for long response.
The issue was because Asterisk was installed in Gentoo Linux on VMWare. We have tried to install Asterisk with Gentoo (or Gentoo with Asterisk) on real hardware and there was no problem. Then we'v tried to install Asterisk on CentOS 6.3 on VMWare and problem was not detected as well. We have experienced problem with network on Gentoo and VMWare, that's because we changed different environment. And deadlocks were not detected since locating PBX on real hardware.
