Channel snapshots don't need a parkinglot value. If we need to pass a parkinglot value around, we should be doing so as part of a Stasis message.

This is of particular concern when transmitted over ARI - there is no parkinglot that makes sense from the perspective of ARI, as that would require throwing the channel into the dialplan.
