After testing in the lab for the last week, it seems when asterisk is receiving a fax on FXS, it is still possible for asterisk to generate callwaiting to the channel.

This process causes asterisk to overwrite the inband fax signal, and potentially causing the fax to fail.

Since we disable EC on the channel when we detect fax, we should also disable callwaiting, increasing our fax success rates.
