(was: I know that CDR's and transfers have always been a nightmare. But I am really surprised and disappointed you won't do anything to fix this issue.  It's a gaping security hole since an agent can issue a blind transfer from an agent extension and the call will never get billed.  My customers are very unhappy.  There is no telling how much revenue has been lost... or how much a system could be defrauded.  Certainly the CDR's in this case cannot be trusted and that makes everything and everyone suspect.  To the extent that we must use an external billing system to capture CDR.
What is the scope of the required changes based on the debug info I provided?)
