This is a basic Unix/Linux configuration issue from the last decade.  It is not a bug.  The best place to ask is probably a Unix newbie forum, but whichever support forum you use, please change the subject so that it properly summarises the problem. (Whilst you could ask on the Asterisk end user support mailing list or forum, the problem is not specific to Asterisk.)
