We have a bridging module for native bridging channel drivers that use RTP for media.

However, chan_dahdi also needs this.

Because this bridging is only applicable to chan_dahdi, the channel driver itself can provide the API callbacks for the bridge mixing and register itself as a mixing bridge. However, those callbacks should be implemented in a separate file from chan_dahdi to keep things reasonably sane.
