Are you able to reproduce the issue?
Can you gather an Asterisk log with SIP debug (also VERBOSE and DEBUG messages set to level 5) and AMI debug leading up to the crash?
Also a ref count log would be very nice: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Reference+Count+Debugging
