So, unlike the MySQL scripts, the PostgreSQL scripts are all in {{realtime.sql}}. I would prefer that they were all in separate files, but barring a patch that pulls them all out and puts them in separate files, it makes more sense to put this with the others.

This is obviously pretty easy to add to the existing {{realtime.sql}} file, so that's what I'll do.

In the future, if you create a patch to Asterisk, please attach it in unified diff format. Thanks!
