We need some samples in {{res_sip.conf}}.

The sample configurations should show a variety of settings:

* How to configure an endpoint as a "phone"
** With various MWI options
** With various transport options
** With various NAT options
** With various media options (SRTP, DTLS, etc.)
* How to configure an endpoint as a "trunk"
* How to configure outbound registration
* How to configure registrar support
* Device state

The file does not have to display all settings. It does, however, have to be a useful resource for common configuration tasks.
