A few things.

# [TrixBox CE is dead|http://www.freepbx.org/forum/freepbx/general-help/the-official-end-of-trixbox-ce]. If you like the FreePBX based systems, you should consider moving to AsteriskNOW, FreePBX, PBX in a Flash, or Elastix.
# Asterisk 1.4 is no longer supported. Asterisk 1.6.0 has not been supported for some time (longer than Asterisk 1.4). Asterisk 1.6.2 is not supported. If you are not running Asterisk 1.8 or later, your issue on the issue tracker will be closed. For more information, see [Asterisk Versions|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Versions].
# The issue tracker is not a support forum. While we all appreciate the problems you're facing, the people who spend their time on the Jira issue tracker are doing their best to debug and fix problems with Asterisk. You should use one of the many support mailing lists, forums, and other sources of information for FreePBX and/or Asterisk before creating issues in the issue tracker.
