According to the logs recovered from an automated run of the asterisk testsuite, there appears to be a race condition between the hangup and the incoming re-invite on call id 7c29eb6a56bad8372a4562bd14f17de3 at 127.0.0.1:5061

The pvt lock should prevent this from happening, but the logs say otherwise.
