The names of the caller information for AMI events from Confbridge have inconsistent casing.  The "num" and "name" after "CallerID" have the 'n' uppercase in some AMI events and lowercase in the others.  Uppercase is the correct one, for compatibility with Meetme.  The fix is trivial.
