JSON is the new hotness for messaging formats, so should be supported by the RESTful HTTP API.

I've already integrated Jansson on [my team branch|http://svnview.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/dlee/jansson/]; we just need to review and decide if it's okay and if there's anything else we'd like to do.
