Please provide 

-details, including version information on the IAX2 endpoints in use. 
-Packet captures of the IAX2 signaling and audio between the endpoints
-Asterisk IAX2 debug log of a call, with VERBOSE and DEBUG messages enabled at least level 5. https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Collecting+Debug+Information
