Scenario: 
- A call comes in from an external SIP Channel
- The internal phone rings

- The caller hangs up before the call is answered
or
- The caller hangs up before a message is left
or
- The call is established with the called party then hangup
or
- The caller leaves a voicemail then hangs up

-> All UDP ports used for the call will not be released


I can reproduce this issue 100% of the time.


In my installation, I have only 40 ports open. 
I can DoS my Asterisk installation with 10 incoming phone calls. 

Once all the ports are blocked, internal calls will not work neither, of course.
