Now that we have endpoint identification and authentication, we can get down with Registration.

With the data model worked out, we can get down to business on the actual registration funness. We should be able to handle:

* Handle REGISTER requests/un-REGISTER requests
* Expiration of registration requests, both for all locations (Expire: header) and on a location by location basis ("expires" in the Contact: header)
* Handling of minimum expiration time header (Min-Expires:)
