The SIP refer_replaces_to_self test is currently hanging on the Asterisk CentOS 6 build agents. Because of its structure, no error messages are displayed or logged.

While there may be a dependency this test needs that isn't present on the build agents, this test was written in such a way that getting any meaningful output from it is difficult.

We need to:
# Update the test such that it is written in a reliable manner
# Get the test to work again
