While {{chan_gulp}} has the ability to handle redirecting and call forward to the dialplan, it doesn't have the ability currently to handle a redirect or call forward to an arbitrary SIP URI. This is currently handled by the {{promiscredir}} option in {{chan_sip}}.

Like {{chan_sip}}, it's (relatively) okay if this can't handle hairpin turns.
