The bridge and channel templates need to be updated to support:

* {{/[bridge|channel]/{id}/playback}} - start a playback on a sound or recording resource. This should return a {{playback}} resource.
* {{/[bridge|channel]/{id}/record}} - start a recording on a bridge or channel. This should return a {{record/live}} resource.
