This task is to refactor the AMI events in app_confbridge onto Stasis-Core.

These events should use a combination of channel snapshots/handles along with JSON blobs. This application may eventually use portions of the bridge framework; when that refactoring takes place the events affected can be refactored to use bridge handles/snapshots.

In addition, the following events should be renamed:
* Join => QueueJoin
* Leave => QueueLeave
