This task is to refactor the AMI events in app_meetme onto Stasis-Core.

Because MeetMe does not use the Bridging Framework, these events should most likely be channel handles/snapshots accompanied by JSON blobs. The functions created as a result of ASTERISK-21462 can be used for this purpose.
