This task is to refactor the AMI events in {{chan_mobile}} and {{chan_ooh323}} onto Stasis-Core.

These can use a combination of channel snapshot and JSON messages, or just JSON messages. Where needed, the {{chan_mobile}} may need to be moved slightly so that they can safely reference the channel in question.
