This task is to refactor the AMI events in res_agi onto Stasis-Core.

Events should use channel snapshots with JSON blobs to convey their information. AsyncAGI events should be refactored based on the SubEvent type to be:
* AsyncAGIStart
* AsyncAGIEnd
* AsyncAGIExec
* AGIExecStart
* AGIExecEnd
