    Description: 
This task is to write a module that provides extension state information for the following event/media type tuples
* "presence"/"application/pidf+xml" and "application/xml+pidf"
* "presence"/"application/cpim+pidf+xml"

This module should register a callback with the extension state module and provide appropriately formatted payloads for NOTIFY requests.
