We need to convey and or update redirecting information in the appropriate places in {{chan_gulp}} and the related SIP stack modules. This includes:

* When we receive a 181 provisional response
* When we receive a 3xx response
* When an inbound SIP request doesn't specify an extension and we drop the newly created channel into the {{s}} extension (this can occur when anonymous access is requested)
* If a SIP INVITE request is received that is either a re-INVITE or a re-transmission.
* Anytime a Diversion header is present
