Hello,
now if finished a lab installation and can also reproduce the one way audio.
Tested with svn current branch checkout and release 1.8.21
Call Flow:
User 1003 calls 1001
1001 does not pick up the call
call will be forwarded to queue number 05 (queue 75111) after 5 seconds
member 1000 in queue is ringing
member 1000 pickup the call
member 1000 and 1003 get connected information

audio from member 1000 to 1003 is not heard
audio from member 1003 to 1000 can be heard

Direct call from 1000 to 1003 and vice versa is working
