Thanks for your comments. This does not appear to be a bug report and a bug marshall will probably close it. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise your question in the support tracker, http://www.asterisk.org/support.

If this is analogue, you have an incorrect setting in your chan_dahdi.conf and/or your PSTN provider doesn't provide a supported form of answer supervision.

Otherwise, you may need to contact Sangoma.
