The autodestruct warning may be the same code path that I used to produce the channel ref leak on issue ASTERISK-20375. It also uses a DTMF attended transfer and local channel combination.

I think it's just a coincidence that you're seeing that warning appear when adding members to a queue because there are no channels are created or even touched during such an operation.
