Document the channel handle on the Asterisk wiki.  What should be documented here is:
* What the handle is conceptually
* How the handle behaves in transfer scenarios, i.e., what handle 'wins' when two channels are merged, and in what scenarios a merge may occur

In particular, careful attention will have to be paid to Local channels.
