* Define initial object relationships (friendly to the Configuration Framework).  Work with developers on asterisk-dev to gain consensus on the following objects (or similar ones):
** Endpoint (uses Registration)
** Registration
** Transport
** Identity?  (Maybe defer to a later date)
* Define a CRUD API to get at those objects
* Refactor current static SIP configuration to exist behind DAL
** Base on current implementation
** Unit test pulling static SIP configuration
