We have multiple requests for supporting DTLS-SRTP in Asterisk (including the in-progress WebRTC effort), so it's time to actually research the task and put together a plan for what would be required. The plan should include which parts of Asterisk (and PJMEDIA, if needed) would need to be modified, how extensive those modifications would be, and what new/changed configuration options would be needed.
