In Asterisk 10, app_meetme was moved to deprecated.

However, because the SLA applications depend on app_meetme, it can't be moved to that support level (per other applications that have been moved back out of deprecated when applications depended on them).

This issue I suppose is also a request for the SLA applications to be updated to use ConfBridge().
