This is a duplicate for SS7-42, which also suggest MTP2_FLAG_ZAPMTP2 be renamed as MTP2_FLAG_DAHDIMTP2
In addition trunk no longer exists as a branch, but a fix was included in review 1653 against (ex)trunk now NEW_API branch, so it can still be closed after the patch from the review gets in.
