when trying to record calls whether directly through mix monitor or indirectly in queues and conferences it returns with a format error. Here is an example of the error log:

This has failed since 10.9.0 (or earlier). It has been tested in both 1.8.19 and 11.1 and the error is not present in those releases so seems to be isolated to 10 for now.
