    Description: 
As part of the new SIP channel driver, we have been asked by the community to make whatever SIP stack we choose packageable. As we are going to pick pjproject, this needs to be made buildable as a package. This includes:

* Clean up warnings
* Modifying the build system to build shared object libraries and install headers
* Build a package for CentOS
