Richard Mudgett commented on ASTERISK-20078:
--------------------------------------------
The reporter did not specify which Asterisk version and it appears to be a version that is no longer supported.
v1.6.2 and later does specify the units for the timeout parameter.
v1.4, v1.6.0, and v1.6.1 did not specify.

> I'm new to asterisk, and when I run the command "core show application dial", I couldn't know if the "timeout" parameter is measured in seconds or miliseconds.
> I think that information should be added, to be clear for users.
