Document usage of WebSockets on the Asterisk wiki.  This should provide at a minimum:

1) A giant caveat that since the IETF is still ironing out the finer points - and client implementations are still 'not working' - this is all a little touch and go right now
2) Some high level description of what they are and why they're nifty
3) How WebSockets fit into the architecture of Asterisk
4) How to set up a system to support WebSockets with chan_sip
5) Examples of how connecting *should* work
6) Links to client implementations that *might* work when testing
