The following issues have been filed against marked user/waitmarked user/normal user interactions, and have highlighted vagueness in the defined behavior of ConfBridge:

* ASTERISK-19562
* ASTERISK-19726
* ASTERISK-20181

The patch linked on this issue resolves that behavior and provides a defined implementation for the interactions between those user types.  This improvement is to document the use cases that the patch implements on the wiki.
