Summary:                    Cannot retrieve parked calls
Description: 
When I use ParkAndAnnounce application the call gets parked to the proper
parking lot, but I am unable to retrieve the call from the parking lot. 
Asterisk always announces there is no call parked on that extension.  

In the CLI I am able to confirm that the call is parked in the proper
parking lot by using 'parkedcalls show':

I am having trouble picking up a call that is parked. I am using Asterisk
1.8.3.2 modules. 

I enabled parking lot 700. In the FOP, I can see parking lots 701-707. If
I transfer a call to 700 from my phone, I am notified that the call is
parked in 701. I can see the call sitting in spot 701 on the FOP. If I go
to another extension and dial 701, the phone says connected, the call is
removed from parking spot 701, but the call is not transferred! The call's
audio is still on the original extension, but if I press the hold button on
the new extension, the call is put on hold on the original extension!
