Summary:                    [patch] Peer not recorded on CEL_BRIDGE_START and
CEL_BRIDGE_END
Description: 
Whenever a CEL record is generated for a bridge start of bridge end the
bridge peer is not recorded. It seems sensible to have this recorded in the
peer field as happens in Attended transfer and bridge update events.

I have a patch for this on trunk and 1.8 which I will upload.

If someone could check it to make sure Im not causing any problems that
would be great.

There you go, the patches for Trunk and 1.8 are in the zip.

Zip was the only way I could make they upload without showing license
pending.
