Summary: tlsverifyclient option not working
Description:
The Asterisk Server doesn't request the client certificate, but i set
tlsverifyclient=yes. The Server doesn't send an CertificateRequest before
ServerHelloDone but after ServerHelloDone it is expecting an client
certificate.

So I think the tlsverifyclient is not used by tls initialization.
