Summary:                    Asterisk Crashes on CLI reload, moh reload, or
randomly itself
Description: 
Hi

I have an Asterisk setup (currently in final stages before go live) where
a customer dials in and listen to Internet radio streams. He can also
browse through streams by entering numbers directly or using # (forward) or
*(backwards).
Current number of streams are 98. 

The setup is not in production yet, so the only load on server is running
those 98 mpg123 instances for Internet live streams.

Occasionally, which is completely random at the moment, Asterisk crashes
and restarts itself, even though there is no call in progress.

Also, while doing reload on CLI or moh reload, it crashes, again
randomly.

I search the forums, but could not find relevant issues, even though I
found some problems with moh crash. I apologize if its a duplicate.

Some more crash dumps:
backtrace-2011-05-24T115322-0500.txt ---> In this case, asterisk was not
accepting any inbound calls from external SIP, showing no errors in CLI
log.

backtrace--2011-05-26T183445-0500.txt --> In this case, there was no sound
of any live stream music, even though the streaming URLs were working fine
but I could not hear any sound in asterisk and no error messages as well.
When I issued reload command, asterisk crashed.
