Description: 
Although this is under test conditions, this can go on for ever - seems
like 100's per second.

But the state of code at the moment, allows you to hangup, and it clears.

Turning off 'DONT OPTIMIZE' and 'DEBUG THREADS', and logger.conf disable
full, and core set verbose = 0 and core set debug = 0.
Still gives, "Exceptionally long queue length queuing to
Local/10036 at phones-f6c1;2"

But applying reviewboard https://reviewboard.asterisk.org/r/1231/ atleast
no more deadlocks.
