Summary: [patch] chanspy enforced mode lacks a channel_unlock
Description:
Hi,

in https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=18647#133039 I reported that I
couldn't dial out if someone was spying on the channel.

It seems that both 1.6.2.17.3 (probably 18 too) and 1.6.2-svn work just
fine, except if one is using the 'e' OPTION_ENFORCED mode.
