Description:
Although this is under test conditions, this can go on for ever - seems
like 100's per second.
But the state of code at the moment, allows you to hangup, and it clears.

I can confirm that my asterisk box have the same problem, i have tested the
above patch still no joy.one more note this warning seems to appear with
peers that are
Transatlantic i.e longer delay. so maybe we need more tolerance for longer
delays.
