Summary:                    Registration info lost after "sip reload" for TCP
endpoints
Description: 
Hello,

when executing sip reload from the asterisk cli all registration info for
endpoints using TCP as transport type get lost.

All phones using TCP get unreachable until a sip re-registration happands
again.
