Summary:                    SendFax does not work probably as it keeps sending
INVITES
Description: 
Hi,

i'm trying to setup SendFax (ReceiveFax is working fine) but when the
other side initiates T.38 Asterisk keeps sending INVITES instead of
accepting T.38.

I've now also attached a tcpdump and a full debug log. Hope that helps to
fix that error.
