I have also found this 2 lines in my /var/log/asterisk/messages



[May 17 09:12:46] WARNING[20819] pbx.c: Channel
'SIP/216.XX.XX.XX-00003722' sent into invalid extension 's' in context
'default', but no invalid handler

[May 17 09:12:48] ERROR[20816] channel.c: Unable to find channel in list
to free. Assuming it has already been done.


Perhaps asterisk is trying to hang up an inexistent channel?
